BlueStar Management/Development (BlueStar) was founded in 1997 as a local real estate investment and development firm. Since that time, operations have expanded to include Washington, California, Nevada and Idaho, in an effort to acquire and develop only the highest quality residential and retail properties.
BlueStar specializes in long and short term equity growth through investment in real property acquisition, development, and management/disposition in high growth markets throughout the United States. BlueStar principals and employees share in these opportunities by investing significant portions of their personal assets with our projects.
