Fauntleroy Place

BlueStar Management Development of Seattle, Washington announces the signing of premiere grocer Whole Foods Market as the anchor tenant of Fauntleroy Place, a mixed -use development at the corner of 39th Avenue S.W. and S.W. Alaska St. in West Seattle (this is where Fauntleroy Way meets S.W. Alaska St.).
Preliminary plans for the Whole Foods Market at Fauntleroy Place include 47,000 square feet of retail space and four floors of underground parking (254 spaces dedicated to Whole Foods customers). In addition, Hancock Fabrics will remain as a tenant on the site occupying the other 14,000 square feet of retail space.
Above the retail center, BlueStar plans 170 apartment homes, most of which will have spectacular views of the Cascade Mountains and downtown Seattle, while helping to fill the need for rental housing in the area.
