Cielo Vista is an ambitious high rise condominium project in downtown Las Vegas, Nevada.  Blue Star was engaged by the project owner, successfully arranged project financing and worked closely with the City of Las Vegas to rezone the property and secure all entitlements. In addition, Blue Star coordinated architectural and engineering design and created a successful marketing and sales program.
