Ryco Machine Company

When the Ryco Machine Company needed new corporate facilities for its offices and manufacturing activities, they turned to Blue Star.  Our construction management team helped to acquire the necessary permits, provided guidance in selection of the design team, assisted the owner with its Small Business Administration Improvement loan and acted as the general contractor to complete the project.   

This expansion will add over 12,000 square feet to much needed office and manufacturing space in order to meet the needs of our client.
